All web designers (that would be the ones that call themselves “professionals”) should already be using CSS for sites, and tables only to display tabular data. But NOOOOOOOOO. some are too lazy to even try. If you are a consumer looking for a web designer, make sure they are using all CSS. It will make your site forward-compatible, and more accessible to all. And besides, all industries have standards. CSS is the web design industry standard.
