Help Desks are a necessity for web designers

Hey! Where’d I come from? I’ve been pretty scarce on these pages for a couple of months. But to the point:
This was just Tweeted: a list of about 10 helpdesk applications that might just be the best of the lot. As I’ve spent hours here and there researching this very topic, I really appreciate the succinct analysis. Enjoy.

Excellente! Thanks! After combing through the list…and despite Kayley’s mixed thoughts, I can see why her friends rave about Web Help Desk.
We are testing their free help desk software edition, as we found it quite feature rich and intuitive thus far….but we shall see!
Spoiler Alert: We are most likely going to go with the SaaS hosted option with Web Help Desk.
