Thanks! After combing through the list...and despite Kayley's mixed thoughts, I can see why her friends rave about Web Help Desk. We are testing their <a href="http://www.webhelpdesk.com/free-help-desk-software.html" rel="nofollow">free help desk software edition</a>, as we found it quite feature rich and intuitive thus far....but we shall see! :) <b><i>Spoiler Alert</i></b>: We are most likely going to go with the SaaS hosted option with Web Help Desk. ;) Cheers Cheryl! We are testing their free help desk software edition, as we found it quite feature rich and intuitive thus far….but we shall see! :)
