Oh how this speaks to me. Even OmniFocus is confusing, it just does not address how I think, I hope this does. I can see the short bursts etc. I bought his book the power of less, and it arrived today. I need SOMETHING.

    I would recommend checking out http://www.Gtdagenda.com for an online GTD manager.

    You can use it to manage your goals, projects and tasks, set next actions and contexts, use checklists, schedules and a calendar.
    A mobile version is available too.
