Oh this is so true! I am guilty (as I am sure many are).
I have started saving the many useful tuts in a special place and I try to (at least once a month) go back and actually go through them.
Professional development is as important (maybe more so) than actually doing the work.
If we, as designers, don’t continue to grow and learn and hone our craft, we are certainly doomed!
