I use S3 for backup buddy backups on this blog, the cost? $0. I use it also for client backups of their WordPress sites, and the cost is minimal, and a blessing to the clients. I charge them a minimal monthly fee for the service. They like the fact that their backups are sent to a secure data server, automatically. I like the ease of doing it.
